Warranty Duration

The warranty for Ampcom products may vary depending on the specific product model. You can determine the applicable warranty for your product by visiting the product detail page on our website, referring to the product documentation, or reaching out to our dedicated support team.

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty applies exclusively to new Ampcom products purchased from authorized Ampcom resellers, intended for normal use, and not intended for resale.

Ampcom warrants that covered products are free from defects in manufacturing, except as noted below.

Warranty Registration

Unregistered products typically come with a standard 1-year warranty. However, by completing the product registration within the specified timeframe, you can extend the warranty to 2 years, depending on the product. Please ensure that you register your product promptly to take advantage of this extended coverage. A valid proof of purchase may be required for warranty registration.

Warranty Exceptions

Our product warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Commercial use
Misuse
Accidents
Hardware or software modification or alteration
Tampering
Usage in unsuitable physical or operating environments beyond product specifications
Improper maintenance
Failures caused by a product for which Ampcom is not responsible

Please note that data loss is not covered by this warranty. It is the user's responsibility to regularly back up data stored on our products to a separate and secure location. Products with removed or altered identification labels are not eligible for warranty claims. Ampcom is not responsible for returning products that are not covered by warranty.

Warranty Service

In the event that your product requires warranty service, Ampcom will provide a functionally equivalent replacement product, and we will cover the transportation costs if the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect or a Ampcom product fault.

However, if the issue is found to be caused by user mishandling, misuse, or any other factor unrelated to manufacturing defects or Ampcom product faults, the buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the replacement product.

Ampcom will not return the original product, so it is the buyer's responsibility to remove any accessories and/or transfer data to other media before returning. Please be aware that data recovery is not covered by this limited warranty and is not part of the warranty claims process.

Ampcom warrants that any replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.
